Healthy body, creative life
I’ve had an eye-opening experience this week. For the past 2 years, I have taken a few teaspoons of organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a glass of water first thing in the morning and at bedtime.
I normally feel well and never catch the current “bug.”
I ran out of ACV last week, and forgot to get more. Within 3 days I had the world’s worst cold, and have spent the past 3 days in bed.
When I realized what had happened, I quickly got more ACV and am feeling much better now. I don’t believe that good health is to be found in a bottle of apple cider vinegar. I know that good health comes from my vibrational alignment with Source. And sometimes that alignment will urge me to do or ingest certain things and abstain from others to maintain that alignment.
The point here is, we have to do whatever is necessary to keep our bodies feeling good. I noticed how much more effort it took to think positively or creatively when my attention was focused on not feeling well physically.
So, whatever you do to maintain your physical health, keep it up and treat it as part of your daily sacred routine.
I noticed how much I and my wonderful dog missed our daily walks this week. That’s another way to reconnect with creativity – take a break, get out in nature, breathe some fresh air, do something good for someone else (even if it’s your dog) and benefit for yourself as well.
